Washington, D.C. -- Congressman Eliot Engel (NY-16), the Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, announced that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has provided $4,032,891.38 in federal funding to Westchester County for permanent repairs to Glen Island Park in New Rochelle. Washington, D.C. – Congressman Eliot Engel, a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, praised the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for issuing tighter rules that would reduce smog and curb air pollution.
